1. General Information
This Website Policy governs the use of the VITUS website and the purchase of products through it. By accessing or using this website, customers agree to comply with these Terms. VITUS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to review these Terms periodically. VITUS produces and sells handcrafted vegan cactus leather bags with care and attention to quality, sustainability, and ethical production.

2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders placed on the VITUS website are subject to acceptance and product availability. VITUS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. Orders are considered accepted only after VITUS confirms receipt of payment and dispatch of the order. Customers will receive an email confirmation once their order is accepted.

3. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the VITUS website are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase using the available payment methods provided on the website. Payments are securely processed through authorized payment providers.

4. Delivery and Risk Transfer
VITUS produces handcrafted vegan cactus leather bags with the utmost care and attention to quality. All orders are processed and dispatched within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. For deliveries within the European Union, customers can generally expect to receive their orders within 10 to 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. For international deliveries outside the European Union, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs processing, and customers can typically expect their orders to arrive within 14 to 28 calendar days from the date of purchase. Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of their shipment. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery. VITUS is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider or customs clearance for international shipments. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Customers may return items within fourteen (14) calendar days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition and include the original packaging. Return shipping is free within the European Union; for international returns, the customer is responsible for shipping costs. To initiate a return, customers must contact info@vitus.com with their order details. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase after the returned item has been inspected and approved. VITUS reserves the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged, used, or not in its original condition. Personalized or made-to-order items may not be eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

6. Warranty and Repairs
VITUS provides a six (6) month warranty covering manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear. Optional repair services are available at a discounted rate or cost. Customers requesting warranty coverage or repair services should contact info@vitus.com with photographs and a detailed description of the issue.

7. Product Care
To maintain the appearance and longevity of your cactus leather bag, it is recommended to clean the product gently using a soft, damp cloth. Prolonged exposure to water, heat, or direct sunlight for long time should be avoided. Harsh chemicals or abrasive materials must not be used, and the bag should be stored in a cool, dry location when not in use.

8. Sustainability
Commitment VITUS is committed to sustainability and ethical fashion. All bags are made from vegan cactus leather, a cruelty-free and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional leather. Production methods are designed to minimize waste and reduce environmental impact. 9. Consumer Rights under EU Law
Under EU law, customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days of delivery without providing a reason. Customers may exercise this right by contacting info@vitus.com and following the return procedure described above. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include items that are custom-made or personalized, which are not eligible for return unless defective.

10. Data Protection and Privacy
VITUS collects personal data, such as names, addresses, emails, and payment information, solely for the purpose of processing orders and providing customer service. Customer data is stored securely and is not shared with third parties except as necessary to fulfill orders, including payment processors and shipping providers. VITUS complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and ensures all personal data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
