VITUS was born from the shared vision of a German–Mexican couple who believe that fashion should not only look beautiful but also feel right. Coming from two different cultures, we found a deep connection through our love for design, quality, and a more conscious way of living.

During our time living together in Mexico, we were surrounded by the beauty and strength of nature. Surrounded by Mexico’s iconic cacti, we discovered cactus leather for the first time. In that moment, something clicked. We saw in it a solution that combined innovation, sustainability, and respect for animals.

We knew we wanted to work with this extraordinary material. What began as an idea quickly became our heart project. We set out to create bags that embody elegance without compromise and show that luxury and responsibility can exist together.
